Daylight savings time for 2021 will begin this weekend, pushing clocks forward an hour in Ontario and most of Canada early Sunday morning.

Some experts say people will experience a shock to their bodies internal clock when the time changes, much like the jet lag experienced after flying across time zones.

Wednesday, March 17th is St.Patricks day, time to find your pot of gold, and celebrate the luck of the Irish. So grab a pint of Guinness, put on your best green shirt and get those feet ready to do and Irish jig.
