In terms of the market things have definitely picked up in the past week or so. Our team sold 1 house, 2 more sold conditional & received 8 offers, all in the past week. We’ve had more showings booked on our listings and have had more buyers wanting to see properties. The nicer weather always brings people out, we are always busier on the sunny days!
